Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work-from-home options.
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online sales platforms, developing and executing e-commerce strategies, and optimizing product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing performance metrics, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and negotiating with vendors or partners to ensure competitive pricing and offerings.
The role requires a focus on enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth for the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation skills to build partnerships and secure competitive agreements
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess sales performance, market trends, and key e-commerce metrics
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and vendors effectively
- Experience in Sales and the ability to drive revenue growth and optimize product presence online
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and online marketing strategies is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus
