E-Commerce Manager

TEMPUR® runs with a small, practical, multi-channel E-Commerce and Marketing team. The job holder will be expected to be able to work effectively with the MD, Marketing Director and International E-Commerce department.

The job holder will need to direct the work of and motivate external marketing agencies/suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.

Be able to effectively recruit and manage an E commerce team as sales grow for our 2025 product and channel launch.

The job holder is responsible for achieving company e-commerce KPIs and targets.

This role will report to the UK Marketing Director.

The role will be based at our Head Office (Hayes UB3 1AP)

40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm). On occasions, you must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business, which can include evenings and overnight stays.
