Role Description

  • The E Commerce Manager will oversee the daily operations and growth of KM UniTech’s online sales channels, ensuring a smooth customer journey from browsing to purchase.
  • This part time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
  • Key responsibilities include managing product listings and content across e commerce platforms, monitoring inventory and pricing, and coordinating promotions and campaigns.
  • The role involves analyzing sales performance and customer behavior, optimizing conversion rates, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve online visibility and user experience.
  • The E Commerce Manager will also handle customer inquiries related to online purchases, align e commerce activities with business objectives, and contribute to long term digital sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, user behavior, and campaign performance, and to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience in business planning, including e commerce strategy development, revenue forecasting, and aligning online sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with cross functional teams, presenting performance reports, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
  • Customer service skills to support a positive online purchasing experience, address queries and concerns, and help maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, pricing management, and platform specific best practices.
  • Familiarity with e commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Relevant academic background in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in e commerce or online retail is an advantage.
