About the Role
Support the day-to-day functioning of Aranqa's online store as an E-commerce Operations Intern.
Work closely with the E-commerce and Website Manager on Shopify, website updates, product listings, orders, inventory, shipping, and other D2C operations.
This hands-on role suits an organized, proactive candidate comfortable with spreadsheets and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify product listings, including names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, inventory, and collections.
- Handle Shopify backend tasks such as product tagging, collection creation, product organization, and routine store updates.
- Maintain product listing sheets and accurate product information.
- Assist with website merchandising, product visibility, collections, banners, and website updates.
- Handle Shiprocket order processing, shipment creation, tracking updates, and related tasks.
- Monitor orders across Shopify and shipping platforms.
- Coordinate with customer support on order status, product information, and customer queries.
- Assist with inventory and product data management.
- Coordinate product launches, website updates, stock updates, offers, and other e-commerce activities.
- Identify and report website, listing, inventory, and order-related issues.
