**35 Burgundy** is looking for a Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Executive to support and manage the brand’s online operations and customer experience.
The role focuses on website management, product uploads, inventory coordination, order fulfilment, and maintaining a seamless e-commerce journey aligned with the brand’s refined identity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the website and e-commerce platform.
- Handle product uploads, SKUs, and inventory syncing.
- Coordinate order processing, fulfilment, and delivery tracking.
- Manage payment portal backend operations.
- Ensure a smooth and premium online customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams on digital campaigns and launches.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce or digital operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred.
