Responsibilities
- Manage daily online orders from company website and third party platforms
- Ensure all products, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
- Launch new products, seasonal cakes, desserts, and promotional offers
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with production team
- Manage company accounts on delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon Minutes
- Monitor platform performance, ratings, customer feedback, and sales
- Update website banners, product pages, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, social media, and website chat
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with production, packaging, logistics, and customer service teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e commerce, preferably in food, bakery, café, or retail industry
- Experience managing e commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e commerce systems
- Experience with Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, or similar delivery platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, E Commerce, or related field

Job Summary
- The E Commerce Executive will manage the company's online sales channels, ensuring excellent customer experience, increasing online revenue, and coordinating with production and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
E Commerce Operations
- Manage daily online orders from the company website and third party platforms.
- Ensure all products, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Launch new products, seasonal cakes, desserts, and promotional offers.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the production team.
- Ensure all online orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Online Marketplace Management
- Manage company accounts on delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon Minutes, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor platform performance, ratings, customer feedback, and sales.
- Coordinate with platform account managers to maximize visibility and promotions.
Website Management
- Update banners, product pages, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the website is user friendly and fully functional.
- Report technical issues and coordinate with web developers when required.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, social media, and website chat.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate replacement orders or refunds when required.
Marketing & Promotions
- Execute online marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Create discount codes, bundle offers, and festive promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Sales & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track online revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Analyze best selling products and recommend improvements.
Coordination
- Work closely with production, packaging, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure fresh cakes reach customers on time.
- Ensure product availability during holidays and high demand seasons.
Required Skills
- Experience managing e commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e commerce systems.
- Experience with Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, or similar delivery platforms.
