Responsibilities
- Manage online product listings, update pricing and descriptions, and ensure accurate representation on digital platforms
- Monitor website performance, track online orders, and coordinate with print and fabrication teams
- Respond to customer inquiries through e commerce channels
- Support online sales campaigns and assist with digital merchandising
- Work with account management and sales teams to optimize the customer journey
- Analyze sales data, prepare basic performance reports, and recommend improvements to enhance online visibility and conversion

- Strong analytical skills to interpret e commerce metrics, customer behavior, and sales performance
- Account management skills to maintain online customer relationships and coordinate orders with internal teams

- Experience with e commerce platforms, product listing management, and basic digital marketing practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience in printing, branding, signage, or related industries is beneficial
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Role Description
- The E commerce Executive role is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work and some work from home flexibility.
- The role involves managing online product listings, updating pricing and descriptions, and ensuring branding and promotional items are accurately represented on digital platforms.
- Day to day tasks include monitoring website performance, tracking online orders, coordinating with print and fabrication teams, and responding to customer inquiries.
- The role supports online sales campaigns, assists with digital merchandising, and works with account management and sales teams to optimize the customer journey.
- The E commerce Executive also analyzes sales data, prepares basic performance reports, and recommends improvements.
