Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, analytical E commerce Executive (on husband visa) to manage our online sales channels.
- You will be responsible for the daily operations of our e commerce platforms, optimizing product visibility, improving conversion rates, and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of e commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, company website), including product listings, image updates, and content optimization.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Marketing & SEO: Execute digital marketing campaigns, manage promotions, and optimize keywords to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and conversion rates; generate weekly/monthly reports on KPIs.
- Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Address customer feedback and queries to maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest e commerce trends, technology, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central or Noon.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
