The E-commerce Director is a part-time, remote role leading and optimizing online sales channels and digital storefronts.

Core Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics and identify ecommerce growth opportunities.
- Coordinate campaigns and initiatives with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Manage new platform integrations, site enhancements, and process improvements.
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and investor expectations.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmark competitors.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong ecommerce knowledge and experience managing online sales channels and digital storefronts.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Proven sales capabilities in revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
- Effective project management skills for ecommerce planning and delivery.
- Marketing experience with digital campaigns, customer acquisition, and online brand positioning.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and basic web analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant senior-level ecommerce or digital leadership experience is highly beneficial.
