I am looking for a strong E-commerce & Digital Operations Manager to manage the daily online execution of our Shopify stores, Remobile and Handyswap.
This is not a basic Shopify admin role.
I need someone who can act as the central person between our developers, marketing agency, internal team, and myself as CEO.
The right candidate must be organised, analytical, commercially minded, and confident enough to manage agencies and developers with clear follow-up and accountability.
The role will involve working closely with our development partners, Attract Group for Remobile and Flatline for Handyswap, as well as our marketing agency S360.
The person will manage online meetings, keep track of all tasks, follow up on deadlines, review campaign performance, monitor marketing budgets, analyse ROAS, and identify which creatives are working and which are not.
Main Responsibilities Include
Managing both Shopify stores on a daily basis, checking store performance, landing pages, product pages, conversion issues, tracking problems, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinating with developers, creating clear task briefs, following up on deadlines, testing completed work, and making sure tasks are properly delivered before they are closed.
Managing communication with our marketing agency, reviewing Meta and Google Ads performance, tracking spend, ROAS, CPA/CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and campaign performance.
Keeping a clear overview of which creatives are performing well, which creatives are not working, and which campaigns should be scaled, paused, or improved.
Preparing clear weekly reports for the CEO covering sales, ad spend, ROAS, creative performance, developer tasks, open issues, risks, and recommended next actions.
Leading online meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, assigning responsibilities, and making sure every meeting ends with clear action points and deadlines.
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong experience with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, conversion rate, creative testing, and paid media reporting.
Experience managing developers, marketing agencies, or external partners.
Excellent English communication skills and the confidence to lead online meetings.
Strong task management skills using tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday, Notion, or similar platforms.
A commercial mindset and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
The candidate does not need to be a developer or media buyer, but must understand enough to manage developers and agencies properly.
Important: Marketing budget changes will first be discussed with me before implementation.
I need someone who can analyse performance, explain the situation clearly, and recommend what should be scaled, reduced, paused, or tested next.
This role is suitable for someone who is hands-on, structured, data-driven, and wants to take real ownership of e-commerce operations across two growing Shopify businesses.
