We are currently seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Boutique Manager to join AURA Skypool, starting on a freelance basis.
This opportunity will begin with an initial 3-month temporary contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance and business need
The role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the AURA Boutique e-commerce platform, ensuring strong operational excellence, brand alignment, and commercial performance.
The position will also support the physical in-venue boutique, ensuring a seamless integration between the online and on-site retail experience at AURA Skypool.
E-Commerce & Digital (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimise the AURA Boutique Shopify platform
- Upload, manage and maintain product listings (descriptions, imagery, pricing, stock levels) (with support of the operations team)
- Coordinate product launches and limited-edition collections
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid social, collaborations)
- Analyse website performance, traffic, and sales data to drive improvements
- Manage online inventory coordination with operations team
- Optimise SEO and conversion rates
- Identify AI tools and digital automation solutions to improve efficiency
- Oversee customer journey and online service standards
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign alignment and brand consistency
Boutique & Creative Retail (Secondary Focus)
Support visual merchandising within the in-venue boutique
Assist with product development ideas and retail concepts
Provide insights on customer buying behaviour
Support in-store activations and product storytelling
Contribute ideas for collaborations and new revenue streams
Ideal Candidate
- Energetic, ambitious, and commercially driven
- Digitally fluent and confident in e-commerce platforms
- Experienced in managing or building a Shopify site is a must
- Strong in digital marketing fundamentals (Meta ads, email marketing, Google shopping, CRM, analytics)
- Retail-aware with an understanding of product positioning and merchandising
- Highly organised and comfortable with admin-heavy responsibilities
- Creative and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
- Interested in AI, digital automation, and emerging online platforms
- Passionate about lifestyle, luxury, and brand storytelling
