Shop Her Haven LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator to manage and support the daily operations of the company’s online store.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth product listing, order processing, inventory updates, and overall website performance while contributing to an engaging and seamless customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on the company’s e-commerce platform
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery tracking
- Monitor website performance and report technical or operational issues
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve performance
- Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and product availability
- Maintain inventory accuracy in coordination with warehouse teams
- Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or online merchandising is an advantage
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of digital retail and customer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytics tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
