Responsibilities
- Process Shopify orders, pack orders, book courier pickups, manage tracking, handle returns and exchanges
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram within target response times
- Shoot product photos and short videos, edit and retouch photos in Photoshop
- Create and edit reels and short form videos for Instagram and other channels
- Schedule and publish content, manage comments and DMs, organize photo/video asset library
- Upload products, write descriptions, update prices and stock on Shopify
- Conduct weekly stock counts, flag low stock items, receive and QC count incoming shipments
- Import and categorize bank transactions in Zoho Books, file invoices and receipts
- Support supplier follow ups, sample logistics, printing, errands, and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify or similar e commerce platform
- Proficiency in Photoshop for photo editing and retouching
- Ability to shoot and edit short form videos for social media
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast paced startup environment

Responsibilities
- Process Shopify orders and pack every order to brand standard
- Book courier pickups, manage tracking, handle returns and exchanges
- Keep packaging materials stocked and organized
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and Instagram messages within target response times
- Escalate exceptions and refund requests to the founder
- Shoot product photos and short videos of jewelry to brand standard
- Edit and retouch photos in Photoshop: background cleanup, color correction, cropping and resizing
- Create and edit reels and short form videos for Instagram and other channels
- Schedule and publish content; manage comments and DMs
- Organize the photo and video asset library
- Support campaign execution as directed by the founder and marketing lead
- Upload products, write descriptions from templates, update prices and stock
Additional Duties
- Maintain order statuses, collections, and basic app settings
- Weekly stock counts; flag low stock items per reorder rules
- Receive and QC count incoming shipments
- Import and categorize bank transactions in Zoho Books; file invoices and receipts
- Keep records ready for the founder's and accountant's review
- Supplier follow ups, sample logistics, printing, errands, and ad hoc projects
