Job Summary
Manage online sales activities, customer communication, and general sales support for the e-commerce function.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
- The description identifies the position location as Sharjah.
E-Commerce Responsibilities
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms and online sales accounts.
- Maintain product listings, prices, descriptions, and images.
- Process online orders and coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Monitor product availability and online sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
- Prepare basic e-commerce and sales reports.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.
Experience
- Two years of UAE experience is preferred.
