Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience
- Supervise front office activities
- Handle guest inquiries and escalations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments
- Monitor service standards
- Support team members during busy periods
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Resolve operational issues
- Maintain safety and security standards
- Support initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance
Requirements
- Strong hospitality operations skills, including front office supervision and guest service management
- Proficiency in hotel systems and basic administrative tools (e.g., property management systems, reservation platforms, MS Office)
- Effective leadership abilities, including team coordination, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in a supervisory or duty manager role in hospitality is highly preferred
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is beneficial
