As a Duty Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
- Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
- Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
