As Duty Manager, you will help oversee the daily operation of the store, ensuring excellent standards across customer service, merchandising, compliance, health & safety and team performance.
You will lead colleagues on the shop floor, provide coaching and support, and ensure all operational procedures are delivered consistently and efficiently.
Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service
Support effective queue management and customer flow during busy periods
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Promote a positive and engaging in-store experience
Support, motivate and guide store colleagues
Assist with colleague training, induction and development
Provide coaching and performance feedback

Support promotional activity and stock availability
Monitor deliveries, stock movement and warehouse organisation
Assist with opening and closing procedures
