Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble HVAC ductwork according to drawings and specifications
- Install ducts, fittings, and accessories
- Support alignment and sealing to ensure proper airflow and system performance
- Assist with site preparation
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Inspect completed work, perform basic adjustments or repairs
- Maintain tools and work areas in good condition
Requirements
- Experience in duct fabrication and installation, including reading and interpreting HVAC drawings and site layouts
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machines safely and accurately
- Knowledge of HVAC duct materials, fittings, insulation, sealing methods, and basic airflow principles
- Ability to take accurate measurements, perform basic calculations, and follow technical instructions
- Understanding of workplace safety practices, PPE usage, and compliance with site health and safety regulations
- Previous experience in HVAC, electromechanical, or construction environments
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied onsite environments
- Basic communication skills in English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Ductman cum Duct Fabricator role based in Dubai.
- The role involves measuring, cutting, fabricating, and assembling HVAC ductwork according to drawings and specifications.
- Daily tasks include installing ducts, fittings, and accessories, supporting alignment and sealing to ensure proper airflow and system performance.
- Assist with site preparation, coordinate with technicians and supervisors, and follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect completed work, perform basic adjustments or repairs, and maintain tools and work areas.
Qualifications
- Experience in duct fabrication and installation, including reading and interpreting HVAC drawings and site layouts.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machines safely and accurately.
- Knowledge of HVAC duct materials, fittings, insulation, sealing methods, and basic airflow principles.

- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in the region is beneficial.
- Relevant technical training or certification in duct fabrication or HVAC is preferred.
