Role Description
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the full purchase or rental process from initial contact to closing.
- Prospect and qualify leads, conduct market research, prepare property presentations, and advise clients on investment opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate with developers and other stakeholders, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain up to date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and trends.
- Provide ongoing client service, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to sales targets through professional, ethical, and results driven practices.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proven customer service capabilities.
- Demonstrated sales skills and experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fully commission based role with commitment for high earning potential.
