Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage G+4 building construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and approval requirements
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget requirements
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
- Obtain necessary approvals and permits related to project execution
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid Dubai Municipality License for G+4 buildings
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval processes
- Excellent project management and site supervision skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- UAE Driving License preferred
