Overview
- Hytribe is building belonging infrastructure for enterprises and universities — starting in Dubai.
- We are opening 3 spots in our Dubai Founding Cohort for students or recent graduates who want to be part of building a global company from its first chapter in the UAE.
- This is not a typical internship. There is a mission: help Hytribe sign its first 3 university pilot partners in Dubai by the end of the cohort.
Your Mission
- Own Hytribe's Dubai university and student community channel.
- Mapping and reaching out to student organisations, international offices, and campus communities at UAEU, Zayed University, AUS, DIAC, and Academic City.
- Building relationships with VP Student Affairs and international student coordinators.
- Representing Hytribe at campus events, student forums, and expat community gatherings.
- Converting conversations into signed pilot agreements with 3 partner institutions.
- Work directly with Elijah (CEO) and report progress weekly.

Who We Are Looking For
- A current student or recent graduate based in Dubai or the UAE
- Someone who has personally experienced relocating to a new city — or who works closely with international students
- A builder who wants to own something real, not assist with someone else's work
- Available for a minimum 3 month commitment starting immediately
