Aaban Services is hiring a Dubai Branch Manager to manage the complete performance of its Dubai branch.

Compensation and Employment

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Dubai branch and achieve monthly sales and AMC targets.
- Lead sales, field, and operational staff, including supervisors, technicians, helpers, and drivers.
- Control scheduling, service quality, safety, municipality compliance, vehicles, equipment, chemicals, and inventory.
- Coordinate invoicing, payments, accounts reporting, quotations, contracts, and AMC renewals.
- Conduct corporate sales visits, client meetings, field inspections, and customer complaint resolution.
- Maintain Odoo records, submit performance reports, enforce zero-credit rules, and control branch profitability.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience is required.
- Experience in pest control, water-tank cleaning, cleaning services, maintenance, or facilities management is required.
- Strong sales, business-development, leadership, and team-management skills are required.
- Basic invoicing, collections, and accounts-coordination knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of Dubai locations and commercial markets is required.
- Good English communication and the ability to work under pressure are required.
- A UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
- Hindi or Urdu knowledge and Odoo or other CRM experience are advantageous or preferred.
Performance Targets
Conduct at least 15 corporate visits weekly and submit at least 50 quotations monthly.
Secure 10–15 new AMC contracts monthly and maintain at least a 90% AMC renewal rate.
Ensure 100% payment verification, zero unauthorized credit, complete scheduling, and customer follow-up.
