Job Description
Position: Drop Team Supervisor
Department: Drop Team
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising all aspects of the drop/count operation, such as interviewing, scheduling, and performing monetary drops of all slot machines, table games and poker tables. Transferring money to other money handling departments, following departmental and company procedures. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the Drop Team.
- Responsible for verifying procedures and signing off on forms requiring a Drop Team Supervisor’s signature.
- Ensures adequate staffing levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, assisting with career development, and promoting, praising and disciplining team members as needed.
