Role Overview
Lead interior architecture strategy, design development, technical coordination, project delivery, quality assurance, and design management across multiple interior projects.
Deliver high-quality interior environments from concept through construction and completion while balancing aesthetics, functionality, technical performance, user experience, sustainability, and commercial objectives.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.

Design and Documentation
- Develop interior architecture strategies, standards, design principles, project guidelines, spatial planning concepts, layouts, and circulation strategies.
- Lead concept design, schematic design, design development, technical documentation, and design delivery through handover.
- Review drawings, specifications, material schedules, finishes, details, shop drawings, samples, mockups, and technical submissions.
Coordination and Quality
- Coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, lighting, acoustic, technology, and specialist design requirements.
