OZAN Delivery Service is seeking a Driver Supervisor to act as a point of contact for Delivery Associates.

The role manages Delivery Associates and coordinates daily operations with the Warehouse Operations Team.

Manage assigned Delivery Associates and maintain regular communication with them.
Prepare daily duty rosters and ensure sufficient associates are available and assigned.
Communicate schedules, reporting times, locations, and operational instructions.
Coordinate daily requirements with the Warehouse Operations Team.
Handle absences, late reporting, route issues, and other operational challenges.
Monitor attendance, arrange replacements, and follow up with associates who do not report.
Communicate Amazon policies, operational updates, and instructions clearly.
Escalate critical issues to management and follow up until they are resolved.
Maintain records of deployment, attendance, absences, and operational concerns.
