Location
- The Gardens at Stevens – Stevens, PA
- The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a full-time Driver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring safe and timely transportation for our residents to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and other destinations.
Schedule
- Full-time position with flexibility required
- Must be available to work weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to scheduled appointments and outings.
- Escort and assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Help coordinate and schedule transportation needs.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity during transport.
- Maintain accurate transportation logs and records.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all transportation safety regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
- CNA certification required.
- Previous medical transport, patient transport, or senior transportation experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach.
