Responsibilities
- Represent the company before government authorities and support official procedures and documentation
- Pick up and accompany clients to appointments including medical examinations, biometrics, banking visits, airport transfers, and other official appointments
- Manage purchasing and collection of office supplies and client related requirements
- Coordinate and monitor company vehicle maintenance, servicing, registration renewals, and general upkeep
- Ensure timely transportation and professional client service
- Support day to day administrative and operational tasks as required
- Maintain records of trips, vehicle servicing, and government related activities
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license with good driving record
- Previous experience as a Driver, PRO, or similar administrative/operations role in the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE government procedures and authorities is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Basic English skills (Arabic is an advantage)
