Driver (Multi-Drop)

We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Multi-Drop Driver to join our team. This is more than just a driving role. You'll be the face of our business, ensuring customers receive the right products on time while supporting our warehouse operation when deliveries are complete. What you'll be doing * Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers across the North of Scotland. * Plan and complete daily delivery routes within agreed timescales. * Load, unload and secure goods to ensure safe transportation. * Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects. * Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork. * Provide a professional and friendly service, resolving customer queries or passing them to the appropriate team. * Ensure all driving activities comply with road traffic legislation and company safety procedures. When you're not on the road, you'll also: * Pick and pack customer and warehouse orders accurately. * Assist with loading delivery vehicles. * Support general warehouse operations as required. * Help maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. * As with any role in a growing business, you may occasionally be asked to undertake other duties appropriate to your position. What we're looking for You'll be someone who: * Holds a full UK driving licence (a clean licence is preferred). * Has a positive attitude and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. * Works well independently while also being a supportive team member. * Is organised, reliable and able to manage their workload effectively. * Has good literacy and numeracy skills to complete delivery documentation accurately. * Is flexible and willing to work additional hours when business needs require. * Adapts positively to change and new challenges. * A licence to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle with a valid Driver CPC would be advantageous, although full support may be available for the right candidate.
