Role Overview

Workplace

• The work is field-based and involves driving between designated locations and patient homes in Dubai.

Key Duties

• Pick up and drop off nurses according to the daily schedule.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, speed limits, road signs, and company safety regulations.
• Plan routes to support timely arrivals and minimize delays.
• Communicate with the operations team about locations, traffic, route changes, and delays.
• Secure, park, and prepare the vehicle before each trip.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain personal hygiene and keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Behave respectfully and professionally with nurses, patients, and colleagues.
• Track mileage, fuel consumption, and basic vehicle checklists.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling.
• Log trips and complete driver documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to drive safely while following UAE traffic laws and company regulations.
• Ability to plan routes and complete scheduled nurse pickups and drop-offs on time.
• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness, security, and readiness throughout working hours.
• Ability to communicate promptly about traffic, route changes, delays, vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns.
• Ability to complete mileage, fuel, inspection, trip, and driver documentation records.
