Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from project sites across the UAE
- Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections
- Follow designated routes, adhering to traffic and safety regulations
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Complete delivery documentation
- Coordinate with site supervisors and office staff
- Provide courteous service to internal and external stakeholders
- Follow company procedures and support logistics operations
Requirements
- Strong Truck Driving skills and experience operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently
- Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent UAE heavy vehicle license) and a clean driving record
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and site teams
- Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and routine maintenance practices
- Familiarity with local UAE road regulations and safe driving practices in urban and construction areas
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely and follow health and safety procedures on site
- Previous experience in construction, MEP, or technical services logistics is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time hybrid Driver role based in Dubai, with some work from home tasks acceptable as assigned (such as scheduling or basic reporting).
- The Driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from project sites across the UAE.
- Daily activities include conducting pre trip and post trip inspections, following designated routes, adhering to traffic and safety regulations, and ensuring proper loading and unloading of cargo.
- The role also involves maintaining vehicle cleanliness, reporting maintenance needs, completing delivery documentation, and coordinating with site supervisors and office staff.
- The Driver is expected to provide courteous service to internal and external stakeholders, follow company procedures, and support logistics operations to keep projects running smoothly.
Qualifications
