- Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality, reporting any issues immediately
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are secured and protected during transport
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with passengers or clients and addressing their needs promptly
- Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption, utilizing GPS and navigation tools
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely arrivals at destinations while managing unexpected delays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, ensuring it meets company standards and is presentable for clients
Requirements
- Valid driving license (implied by role)
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
