Responsibilities
- Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals while avoiding traffic delays
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and condition of assigned vehicles
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, and renewals
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings
- Run personal errands such as shopping, document collection, and deliveries when required
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's personal and business matters
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and expenses
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
- Ability to use GPS and navigation systems
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
