POSITION SUMMARY
Reports to the Department Operations Supervisor under the direction of the Program Director. Provides patient supervision and staff/unit support activities as assigned.
HOURS
Up to 40 hours per week

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
- 1. Provides clerical support to counseling, case management staff, e.g., filing, make copies of forms, letter writing, answering phones, breakdown of discharge charts, update white boards with patient assignments, and chaff auditing, etc.
- 2. Provides transportation services utilizing company vehicles, including patient transportation, donations, pick-ups, and agency errands, etc.
- 3. Patient escorting and monitoring.
- 4. Attends in-service training and educational workshops.
- 5. Attends all required staff meetings.
