Job Summary

The Field Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting daily operational, administrative, logistics, and field activities of the company.

The role includes handling office errands, coordinating deliveries and pickups, assisting with inventory and company goods management, supporting client visits and transportation, assisting sales and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The position may also require providing transportation support to the CEO and senior management when required.

Key Responsibilitiesfield & Operational Support

  • Handle field visits, office errands, and document submissions.
  • Coordinate and execute deliveries, pickups, and transportation requirements.
  • Transport company goods, materials, and documents safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver products and materials to customers and clients on time.
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
  • Support operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, visits, and field activities.

Inventory & Goods Management

  • Assist in managing company inventory and stock movement.
  • Count, organize, and monitor company goods and materials.
  • Support stock checking, inventory verification, and storage organization.
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure safe handling and proper storage of company items.

Executive Support

  • Drive and provide transportation support for the CEO and senior management as required.
  • Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and confidentiality during executive travel.
  • Assist with scheduling pickups, meetings, and travel coordination when needed.

Office Administration

  • Assist with general office duties and administrative support.
  • Help manage office supplies, inventory, and basic documentation.
  • Support filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist the sales team with field coordination and client follow-ups.
  • Support client visits, meetings, and customer service activities.
  • Deliver quotations, samples, documents, or materials to clients when required.

Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities

  • Ensure company vehicle is maintained in clean and good working condition.
  • Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
  • Monitor fuel usage and report maintenance requirements promptly.
  • Ensure safe transportation of goods, staff, and clients at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license.
  • Previous experience in office support, field operations, logistics, inventory handling, or similar roles preferred.
  • Ability to drive executives professionally and responsibly.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory handling and record keeping is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications is an advantage.
  • Good time management, honesty, and reliability.
