Role Overview
Worldwide Trading UAE is seeking a reliable and responsible Driver cum Merchandiser for its delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods to assigned stores across the UAE.
- Load and unload items while ensuring products are handled with care.
- Verify delivery documents and obtain required signatures upon delivery.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Communicate regularly with the logistics and operations team.
- Merchandise products in convenience and retail stores.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license for manual or light vehicle driving as required.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in delivery or logistics.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and navigation apps.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of delivery paperwork.
- Good personal presentation and a professional attitude.
- Ability to speak basic English.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
