Job Summary
Manage and coordinate drivers and fleet operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers to support smooth trip execution, timely communication, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily trips and vehicle assignments.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers.
- Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and tracking systems.
- Resolve driver-related issues during transit.
- Ensure drivers follow company policies and safety standards.
- Manage trip documentation, proof of delivery records, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status.
- Track driver attendance, leave, and availability.
- Report vehicle breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain records of driver licenses, permits, and compliance documents.
Requirements
- Graduate or diploma holder is preferred.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and transport documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple drivers.
