Role Overview
The Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while representing the company at customer sites.
The role drives a 5-tonne truck, makes up to 18 stops per day, and supports loading, unloading, and product handling.
The position combines independent route work with warehouse and team-based duties.
Location and Work Setting
- The position is based in Cambridge, Ontario and is performed in person.
- Daily delivery routes cover multiple cities and approximately 300 kilometres, with regular route rotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in picking and packing orders accurately.
- Load and unload products at the warehouse and customer locations.
- Complete daily delivery routes with 18 or more stops when scheduled.
- Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards.
- Perform circle checks and maintain daily logbooks.
- Report vehicle deficiencies, collisions, and other occurrences.
- Maintain the truck's interior and exterior in a clean and professional condition.
- Communicate with customers and team members.
