Role Overview
OVO Luxury Signature is seeking a reliable and experienced Driver & Inventory Assistant in Dubai, UAE.
The role combines UAE transportation, deliveries and collections, vehicle care, inventory records, stock control, and operational support.
Driving and Transportation
- Transport management, employees, garments, materials, documents, and other company items safely as assigned.
- Deliver and collect garments, fabrics, accessories, samples, and materials between company locations, suppliers, clients, and other destinations.
- Plan routes, use GPS or navigation applications, complete deliveries on time, maintain the vehicle, conduct checks, and report repairs.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company vehicle policies and assist with loading and unloading when required.
Inventory and Stock
- Receive, inspect, count, record, organize, and store fabrics, garments, accessories, packaging materials, and other stock.
- Check quantities against delivery notes, purchase orders, and records, and issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts, report shortages, excess quantities, damage, or discrepancies, and document all stock movements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Warehouse, and Accounts teams, support reconciliation, and prepare inventory reports.
