About The Role

Data Operations & Qa And Qc

• Enter various data types into the web-based system
• quickly and accurately
• ;
• Run QA/QC checks to detect gaps, unit/timestamp mismatches, proper WITSML channel mapping, sensor dropouts, and outliers; follow procedures to correct issues.
• Review data and trends for accuracy/completeness; flag and resolve anomalies and problematic data.
• Ensure proper system operation through continuous checks; escalate and track incidents to closure.
• Customer coordination
• Communicate with customers (RTOC/rig/engineering teams) to clarify discrepancies and resolve issues per agreed communication protocols.
• Prepare daily written reports covering operations status, QA/QC findings, and corrective actions.
• Build customer dashboards and support customers in building/maintaining their own dashboards.
• Platform readiness & testing
• Provide testing of staged systems prior to deployment;
• Execute test plans, document defects, and validate fixes.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies in operations and data workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and quick-start guides.
• Ways of working
• Ability to work remotely as needed while maintaining SLAs; cover nights/weekends in a rotation to support live operations.
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Product to keep data healthy and insights flowing.
