Road and Infrastructure Drafting
- Prepare detailed road and infrastructure shop drawings in accordance with approved design drawings, project specifications, and ASHGHAL requirements.
- Prepare and revise road layouts, plans, profiles, longitudinal sections, and cross-sections.
- Develop drawings for road alignments, kerbs, footpaths, medians, road markings, signage, and associated infrastructure works.
- Prepare Temporary Diversion Plans and traffic diversion drawings in accordance with project and authority requirements.
As-Built and Revision Work
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on approved site changes, survey information, and red-line markups.
- Ensure as-built drawings comply with ASHGHAL standards and submission requirements.
- Update shop drawings based on consultant or client comments, RFIs, approved design changes, and actual site conditions.
Coordination and Site Information
- Coordinate drawings with civil, utilities, drainage, electrical, mechanical, and other infrastructure disciplines to identify and avoid clashes.
- Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, QA/QC engineers, and construction teams to obtain accurate information.
- Incorporate survey coordinates, levels, chainages, and other relevant site data into drawings.
Documentation and Quality
- Maintain drawing numbers, revisions, registers, and document-control requirements.
- Prepare drawings and related documentation required for project handover and final authority submissions.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and compliance before submission.
- Attend to consultant and client comments and make necessary revisions within the required timeframe.
