Job summary
Prepare technical drawings and layouts for fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, surveillance, HVAC, and MEP projects.
Create detailed AutoCAD drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
Roles and responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BOQ drawings.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and clients.
- Modify drawings according to site conditions and client requirements.
- Prepare installation layouts for fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, and MEP systems.
- Maintain drawing records and revisions.
- Visit sites for measurements and coordination when required.
- Complete drawings within project timelines.
- Support the project team during execution and documentation.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of fire fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, or MEP drawings.
- Understanding of technical drawings and layouts.
- Ability to read and understand project specifications.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Qualification and experience
- ITI Draftsman or diploma in mechanical, electrical, civil, or a related field.
- One to five years of relevant experience.
- AutoCAD certification is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
