The primary duty of the Utility Representative is to maintain the beverage lines for the On-Premise accounts and create tickets for the accounts.

This position is required to clean lines and fix pouring issues and draught problems for its assigned accounts.

• Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our customers
• Maintain and clean customers’ draught lines serving Ben E. Keith beers
• Ensure all line cleaning standards are met
• Troubleshoot various draught issues
• Communicate with sales staff any observed opportunities or challenges
• Project a friendly, professional image at all times
• Prioritize multiple, competing priorities
• Attend meetings as required
• Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor
• Maintain and keep clean assigned company vehicle at all times
• Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

• All applicants hired by Ben E. Keith Beverages are required by the State of Texas to obtain two TABC licenses
