Role Description
- This is an on site, full time role based in UAE.
- The Door to Door Sales Representative will be responsible for directly engaging with potential customers in their homes to promote and sell Etisalat's services and products.
- Daily responsibilities include building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.
- Representatives will also follow compliance protocols, participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques, and deliver a professional, customer centric experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Proven Sales experience with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets, and exposure to Sales Management is a plus.
- Experience in Training and mentoring peers is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to the Beauty Industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Goal oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to dynamic environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
