Job Requirements & Duties
- You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring.
- A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years or older
- Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
