Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and accurate refraction
- Prescribe spectacles and contact lenses based on patients' visual needs
- Recommend the most suitable frames, lenses, coatings, and contact lenses according to each customer's lifestyle and prescription
- Convert eye tests into successful eyewear sales by providing professional product recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on lens technologies, coatings, contact lenses, and proper eye care
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with DOH/DHA regulations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from eye examination to final product delivery
Requirements
- Valid DOH & DHA License or Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Optometry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Optical Retail
- Strong refraction and contact lens fitting skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and recommend premium optical solutions
- Excellent communication, selling, and customer service skills
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage
