• Sourcing & Pipeline Development Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn,), military transition platforms, professional networks and employee referrals. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active requisitions. Conduct Boolean searches and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field; 4+ years of military experience in administration, personnel or human resources can substitute for degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Job Boards or similar sourcing tools.
• Prior experience conducting interviews, counseling sessions or personnel briefs.
• Interest in talent acquisition, human resources and workforce development.

• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
• Reliable in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Willingness to follow information governance and documentation standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information responsibly.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including BD, proposals and hiring managers.
