Create, organize, and maintain accurate documentation supporting company operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format internal and external documents.
- Organize and maintain a structured documentation library.
- Keep documentation consistent and accurate.
- Work with teams to gather information for documentation.
- Update documents as processes or policies change.
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Skilled with document management software.
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Documentation or technical writing experience is preferred.
