About the Role
Dream Land International Cargo is seeking an experienced Shipping Documentation & Operations Coordinator to prepare and maintain shipping documents, coordinate with shipping lines and agents, and ensure timely shipment updates.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and logistics documentation (B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and customs brokers
- Follow up on all open shipment files and ensure timely updates
- Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on pending actions
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for operational documents
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to operations
- Manage email correspondence and communication through Outlook
- Support management with operational follow up, scheduling, and task coordination
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Customs Clearance
- Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong reporting, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines

- UAE experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with Dubai Trade, shipping line portals, and customs procedures
