Company Description

Role Description

  • Manage and organize trade and financial documentation including invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and contracts.
  • Support day to day accounting activities, maintain petty cash records, assist with credit control processes.
  • Help prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve documentation or accounts queries.
  • Maintain up to date records in relevant systems.
  • Perform administrative work including office admin, accounts admin, and trade admin.

Qualifications

  • Accounting and Finance skills including basic bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and familiarity with petty cash handling.
  • 4 years of Trade Documentation experience required.
  • Experience or understanding of credit control processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and ability to work with accounting or ERP software.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in documentation or accounts support within trading, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is an advantage.
  • Office Administrative experience preferred.
