Role Overview
Macmahon Underground seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Writer to support the development and review of documents, training packages, development / maintenance of SharePoint pages, and manage access and document control of the underground operating company’s specific documents.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring document integrity, compliance, accessibility, and continuous improvement of document development and management practices.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to maintain document control standards, support system improvements, and ensure employees have access to accurate and current information.

Responsibilities
- Manage controlled documents, registers, metadata, and archival activities.
- Develop, review, update, and communicate policies, procedures, training materials, and document changes.
- Ensure document quality, consistency, and compliance with ISO standards and legislative requirements.
- Support reporting, business systems administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, Records Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Experience within mining, resources, construction, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, or document governance frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
Practical problem-solving and attention to detail.
Commitment to teamwork and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Role Details
Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
Roster: Monday to Friday
